It describes how the association operates and what you can and can not do on your property.

    Official signature pages     (As of 3/19/99, 5 pages, 1.85MB.)     This document contains the official signatures pages of the Developer and the original Lot owners that make the Declarations of Convenants official. It is an attachment to the Declarations and composes the second of four parts of the Declarations document.
